Course format

The course is divided into 3 Core modules, containing numerous individual lessons. The core modules are:

1: Understanding Anger

2: Managing Anger, Emotions and Mental Health constructively. We also touch on anxiety/stress/mood.

3: Relationships and communication skills.

Plus: Two free zoom sessions to ask questions, gain personal guidance and dive deeper into the application of skills.

Lessons contain video content, short written material and practical exercises to complete. Lessons can require between 15 – 25 minutes to complete all the material. And each core module will take approximately 3 hours. Ideally you would put aside 1.5 hr a week to complete the material thoroughly. The benefit of our online course is that you can go through at your own pace and revisit the material as required. To complete the course completely your should allow between 10 – 15 hours.

Online anger management training provides the freedom to learn at your own pace. This self-paced approach ensures that you can absorb the information in a way that suits you best. When you need you can revisit the resources so that you can gain the most out of the training. Although the online component of the program is self paced we encourage participants to engage in 3-6 individual sessions so that they gain individual guidance on understanding and the application of the program material.

Cost

Session costs: $195 with a MHTP you receive a rebate of approx $97 back. So your out of pocket expense per session is approx $98.
