This 6 week course offer a practical and experiential introduction to mindfulness for men. You will learn how to harness the power of the breath and mind to balance your mind and emotions, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of equanimity and peace of mind.

Learn to harnes the power of mindfulness and the breath.

You will learn how to harness the power of the breath and mind to balance your mind and emotions, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of equanimity and peace of mind. The aim of our Anger Management program is to provide men with the necessary tools and techniques to recognise and address their anger in more adaptive and constructive ways. By doing so, they can develop strategies to diffuse their anger in a constructive way, rather than letting it escalate into destructive behaviours or negative consequences.
