Anger is a natural emotion that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. While anger itself is not inherently negative, it can become problematic if not managed effectively. That’s where our Anger Management program comes in. Our Anger management program is a practical and evidence based program focused on helping men understand and control their anger in a healthy and productive manner. The aim of our Anger Management program is to provide men with the necessary tools and techniques to recognise and address their anger in more adaptive and constructive ways. By doing so, they can develop strategies to diffuse their anger in a constructive way, rather than letting it escalate into destructive behaviours or negative consequences.

Over my professional career I have facilitated 1000’s of sessions with men going through periods of poor mental health having relationship issues or wanting to improve their health.

I draw on my professional training as psychologist and years of experience to deliver practical, engaging and effective sessions and training to men all over Australia and the world.
